What is your return policy?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, I can send you a replacement item or you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund. Please contact me through this website or email me at email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of your item so that I am able to verify that your it is damaged/incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order does not contain damaged or incorrect items, I am unfortunately not able to offer returns or exchanges, as all of my products are made after an order is placed. This includes exchanging for a different size. I apologize for the inconvenience!!
How does shipping work?
Because every product is made after you place your order, it will take between 1-2 weeks to fulfill your order and create your item(s). The shipping time will depend on your location, so please allow for 4-12 additional days for your order to arrive once shipped. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately so that completed items can get to you earlier!
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number within 1-2 weeks after your order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that you can only cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a cancellation request or for any feedback and questions about your orders. After this 24 hour period, I cannot guarantee a cancellation.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, I ship globally! Based on your location, you may be responsible for duties and customs, which will be calculated at checkout.
What size should I buy
I have detailed size charts under the description of each individual product. I recommend sizing up if you're deciding between two sizes!
What should I do if my package was stolen or lost?
Contact me and include your order number and we will work it out together :)
